e-Learning Module: Storyboard for Instructional Design
Overview
This is a module I did for Storyboard for Instructional Designers. In this module, I built out using the ADDIE model (Analyze, Design, Develop, Implement, and Evaluate). Gathered analysis with a needs assessment and then used the needs assessment to create learning outcomes and objectives. I made the objectives using Bloom’s Taxonomy and used Bloom’s Taxonomy for the assessment portion of the course. I also used Gagne’s Nine Events of Instruction to guide me through making the module engaging.
Audience
My audience is any new or current Instructional Designers wanting to storyboard their courses or videos.
Responsibilities
I was responsible for designing the script, storyboard, module, and supporting documents.

Design Process
Lesson Plan Template
I used a lesson plan template to include all of Gagne’s nine instructional events in the learning module. This was used as my outline when creating the storyboard and module.
Storyboard
I used a visual storyboard in PowerPoint, separated interactive slides, and branched scenes together in the sections.
